Acrylschilderij, gemaakt als geschenk voor Diana Cosma (na de schilderopdracht voor de cover van haar boek ‘Ugly crying’ dat op 21-12-2025 is verschenen).
Op 15-05-2026 heeft deze Roemeense schrijfster/dichter/taalwonder de cover onthuld van haar nieuwe boek ‘When my eyes adjust’, met als cover-illustratie…het schilderij ‘The light side of grief’ van Yvonne van der Laan:

“While my eyes adjust” is a collection of metaphor-rich poetry that explores the contradictions of relating to joy in the wake of loss.
